I am sure you understand, but for personal safety reasons, I am not
prepared to meet you on my own face to face. However, since my
original contact with you some weeks ago, I have looked at your
complaint in some detail, and I have to say that most aspects have
been followed up and replied most respectively to you, and in line
with our policies and procedures. As a new employee here, I am not
pro- or anti-NEWI so I have looked at this pretty objectively. I am
therefore reasonably happy that there is no further action necessary
from NEWI, but I am so sorry that you still feel so aggrieved.

I think it is a little unhelpful to write all this up on your own
personal website, but I guess that is your right. I sincerely wish you
the best of luck in the future, and I hope that you can find some way
to get over your negative experience, (as you perceive it). You sound
intelligent and perceptive and I am sure you can draw on your inherent
talents to move on to a successful future.
